Looks great, but $63k?? https://losangeles.craigslist.org/lgb/cto/d/1959-buick-invicta/6511566617.html
Reading his description, he throws in a couple little disclaimers that flippers use, like "that I can see" and "that I know of".
I always wonder about cars advertised like it is in one place, picture in a desert, but is in a warehouse in Arkansas. May be on the up and up, but....
Was just recently on ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/1959-Buick...ash=item4d6d825da9:g:O7AAAOSwqSBafcOM&vxp=mtr
This car (or one like it) has been on my bucket list since 1969. And every time I get close to getting one, the price just goes high enough where I still couldn't afford it.
I have had the 59 Invicta convertible on the bucket list for a while, with renovations in full swing on my new place now is not the time, plus the car is overpriced. If it had the red interior in it though I would at least make a phone call.
That's more an Electra 225 price tier but frankly, there's not a lot of major differences between a 225 and an Invicta (unless the 225 has buckets). I've had my Invicta bubbletop coupe since 1989, so I'm set.
Converts are great... with the tops down, and under Eldorado-esque 'glass boots. Otherwise- not for me. That arching, chrome-trimmed 2-dr hardtop roofline is too sublime to consider anything else.
