If this is still on Craigslist, its still for sale. I won't answer "what's your bottom dollar" over the phone, so don't bother. If you are interested in the car, come take a look at it and we can dicker. NO I won't take $18,000. Also, I am not interested in listing it on your site.

1960 Buick Lesabre Convertible. Very unique and rare car. "Nailhead" V8. 2 Barrel Carb. Runs excellent. Drives down the road nice and smooth. The instrument cluster works, the fuel gauge works. The wipers work. Has a decent aftermarket radio that works. The convertible top works. All the lights work.
I have owned this car for 4 years. Since I have owned it the following has been done:
    New interior
    New convertible top
    New tires
    New brakes
    New water pump and belts.
    New battery
New convertible top motor and lift cylinders.
The extremely unique and rare "mirror" style instrument cluster was rebuilt and all letters and number repainted.

The car was restored sometime in the 80s. The paint is not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. The car runs great. Drives really nice. Stops great. A excellent driver quality rare classic car that is worthy of preserving. I own six 60's classic cars and this one draws the most attention by far.

    Serious inquiries only.

Well, I don't like that he took a red interior (which would have been sharp against the black) and blacked it out. The door and seat patterns are also wrong. The paint is going to need to be redone, as is all the bondo in the fins. So he gets a pass from me.

OK V8 Buick People: This has been around for a long time. The price? Just too high for what it is. Simple as that. If the guy wanted 12K he would grab a buyer and wouldn't waste a legit prospect's time. Mitch
