1964 Skylark/Chevelle floor pans

I suppose the basic question is:
Are the 64 Chevelle and the 64 Skylark (convertible) pans (interrior and trunk with braces) enough similar to work with out major modification?

Working on my 1964 Skylark convertible floor pans. Found Goodmark Industries and was about to buy when I found out these were imports. This normally wouldnt be the total consideration but I work in a GM sheet metal plant and..... Any way I found Cars Inc (www.carsinc.com) out of Detroit they cater to Chevy people and started asking about pans both trunk and floor they indicated that A Body is A body. I bought a set and now looking at them they arent what I expected. The interior pans do not go up the tunnel? Just looking at pictures the contours on the pan look similar? The pans listed for later years look more similar to the ones in Goodmark?? I am at a little disadvantage my care isn't here and the pans are with the car at a friends house about 70 miles away. He is the guy with the space, tools, etc. I want to have as much prepped and ready so as to minimize need to take up the space and time as possible. Any experience and or help would be greatly appreciated.

No when I e-mailed Goodmark they said that theirs were imports and that nobody makes these parts in the US any more", I then called them and they gave me this Cars Inc as their local distributor. When I called them they indicated that they carry their own floor pan and it was made domestically. I believe one or two of the misc. parts, cross brace etc, were Goodmark but the rest were produced by them in the Detroit area.

I am hoping someone will post that may know how similar the pans are!

When I get out to the car next I will take some photos and send them along.

I just got the same Goodmark ones as 'Topless' above, and they look to match up perfect. They are import, but i don't see anything wrong with them.

I think Year One still advertises American made pans, but if you look at the pic's they look horrible with lots of relief marks in them like their stamping tool isn't any good or something. Mine is kind of an old catalog though, so maybe they don't make them anymore either. I would go with the Goodmark, they look nice. Got both full length pans on e-bay for $180 total from a place called Tamraz's. The job Topless did above makes me jealous, I hope mine turn out that good.!
