Easiest way to down size pics that I have found, is to open the pic with Microsoft Paint, then use the "image" button at the top. Click on "stretch/skew, then choose how big you want the pic to be (in percent). I usually go 33 percent whe I post, because my camera settings are very big. You can start out at 50% and work your way down until you find what works. Helps to rename the pic also, so you can find it easier when you go to attach it. I just add a "2" onto the end of the file name. Hope this helps! I struggled with various photo editing tools until I started using paint. Brian
You can turn down the resolution on your camera. I was having the same problem, then I decreased the resolution on the camera and the pictures upload without any editing. Rick
