1964 Special door latch

I need a latch assembly for the passenger side. I see Year One has new ones, any other source. A good used one is fine.

 

I looked at the year one part. Their catalog skips 66 & 67. I think the 66 & 67 are the same as the 4 & 5, by looking at them and year one catalog they look the same. Check this one on ebay.

Art based on my parts book 64/5/6 are the same for special/Skylark 76 shows a different number. I have a good one from a 66 GS. I will take $20.00 plus shipping. Let me know and I can get out and get a picture. Thanks Bill.

 

GS are you sure about 66? Year One shows 64/65.

 

Art, the GM parts book I have shows the same number. for 4/5&6. I will check again and does anyone else know if they will interchange. I should be able to get it out, it is easy the door panel is off and take some picture and post and you can compare to yours. I do not have any 64 cars and my 65 is together and in winter storage. Art checked the parts book again and the numbers for 645 Special/Skylark and 66 30-4000 are 4545370 and 1. I have to take the lock out for a friend this week end and will go ahead and take the latch out and get you a picture. Thanks Bill.
