Maybe some of you Washington Guys can help me out on this one.

I bought my 64 Wildcat a little over one year ago.(4th Owner??) I purchased it from a couple in Woodenville. They were selling it for their nephew that had purchased the car to use as a parts car for a 64 Wildcat Convertible.

The car was not used for parts, and I am slowly rehabing it back into shape.

The car has a key tag for a ford dealership in Woodland WA.
With the name of a guy (who I am assuming was the 2nd owner)on it.

The car had an insurance tag on the visor with the name of another guy who I am assuming was the 1st owner. The insurance tag had the owners address listed as being in Battle Ground.

Does anyone have a list of the Buick Dealerships in or around SW Washington in the 1960's?

Any good way to track down the history of this car?

Is the Washington State DMV helpful at all in establishing its history?

I was thinking about writing a letter to the previous owners and see if I get anything in return.

    Neil,
Forget DMV. I wanted to know how many 4 DR. HT Cats were in WA. They couldn't help. As for the history. That's another problem. Mine had a Willen-Cornforth license plate frame on it. Maybe Sloan could help. But you'd have to pay. Dunno..

I think there was a dealer in Downtown Portland, Oregon called Braley-Graham.?? Some of the Oregon guys probably know.

My 1st Wildcat convert that I had came from there and was used in the Rose Parade. White w/Red interior. I have a build sheet for that car but all I can see is Portland.
Battleground is just across the Colombia River and most in SW Wa bought in Oregon because the cars were cheaper in the big towns

Also there was a dealer in the Woodland area that sold several GM cars Chev, Olds, Pont. maybe Buicks. It closed down 2-3 yrs ago. When I sold Chevs in the 70`s I would do Dealer trades with them. Lewis River maybe the name. I will try and check it out. or if one of the Portland Chapter guys may know. See you in June
