Does anyone have pictures of a 65 skylark in either of these colors? all body work is almost complete and we will have to buy the paint soon. car was orig. silver cloud poly lt.blue int. black vinal top. I think i want to go with the astro blue poly and would like to see a picture of what it will look like. thanks joe c

I have a blue/blue '66 GS and a Silver/black '66 that was repainted in a '67 Platinum mist.....which is a pretty cool color. I uploaded pics of my cars to the V8 garage the other day. Walt my friend.. I'm glad you asked. :TU: I've actually got about 90% of it mocked up and ready to go and I'm trying for a January launch. I was trying for a October release and I ran into some back problems that laid me up for a while. Things are much better now and I have about three weeks vacation coming and I plan to use some of it working on the site. If you or anyone else out there has any pictures / ad's / or any other electronic information that you'd like to submit, please email it to me. well as a 65 owner i feel i must say.....bluepoly sucks(sorry gary),it's just not blue enuff.silver on a ,65 is RARE,but still not cool.best looking '65 i have seen in person was green,but i am going to paint mine .......'70 stratomist,black top,white interior.......'till i change my mind again:laugh:
Hey guys, as of friday the 14th the 65 skylark was painted the original color of silver cloud poly, I like the way it came out, we did this in our garage dust and everything! letting it sit for a month before wet sanding and compound. then we can start putting it back together. Joe C.
