I know that the rear quarters between a chevelle and skylark are different. But I was wondering if anyone knew if the horizontal transition between the sail panel and quarter panel is the same. Reason I ask is that on my car, this area has an old repair with about 1/4" of bondo in the transition, but the actual quarter panel is good. We all know that used skylark quarters are hard to come by, but repop chevelle quarters are plentiful. Just figured that it wouldn't matter if they are the same shape since I only need to replace that area. Anyone ever looked at this closely?
