Well, if I was about 10 years younger I'd have bought it myself. Two would be better than one, and a running and presentable convertible for $7K is a steal, most parts cars cost more. It might be a repaint, none of the "Electra 225" emblems made it back on the car. It has the same base options package as mine does. The nice thing about the dash pad problem is that 1966-67 LeSabre and Wildcat take the same one, and black was fairly common, and they're still out there if you hunt a bit. Mine is perfect, and the Wildcat I just sold had a perfect black one too.
