    That's a build sheet from Fisher body. It only has body info on it, not options such as engine, brakes, drivetrain, etc.

    First Group
    W= Tinted windshield
    D= power top
    Second Group
    C=
    X= 2 speed automatic
    G= center console
    Fourth Group
    F= Remote control mirror
    Fifth Group
    K= Door edge guards
    Y= Deluxe seat belts

    Nice find!

    Dual quads weren't a factory option, they were added later. You can check the part number and date code on the manifold and carbs to see if they're possibly a match for your build date. Best case is the dealer installed them before delivery to the customer. Most likely is a previous owner put a used setup on there.
    The fuel line and choke tell me they're not original.

    The front fuel line could be original just the line was turned to match up to the set-up used as well as the front carb. as there is no prevision for a choke.
    The rear carb.could be original just that a manual choke adaptation was used in place of the the hot air choke. The rear carb. also looks like it has the air adjustment screw for the idle speed.

    Those are 1965 carbs:

    1964-5 Front auto trans = #3645
    CM4 date code = 3rd week December 1964 (1965 model year)

    1965 Rear auto trans = #3925
    AL4 date code = first week November 1964 (1965 model year)

    1966 is #4050 front, #4051 rear

    Does the engine have the correct MR code (1966 GS 401) stamped on the surface in front of the valley pan?

    The VIN should be on the same pad as the MR but farther over. Nice car!
