Just a off the cuff question, I know in 65 it was mandatory to order buckets on the GS but did all automatic's have the floor ship console? I have yet to see a auto 65 GS without one..

Yes, buckets and console were standard with the automatic in a 65 Skylark GS.

Demo man, any clue at all as to how long it been sitting?
Not saying it's the case as he say's he might sell in time but as it's been asked a billion times, why do people keep some really nice cars for 100 years and just let them sit and deteriorate??
We all have are issue's I guess and i'm kinda of a pack rat..

Most of the cars there have been sitting since the mid 80s, ran when parked. In the spring I will go back and ask him again. I will take more detailed pics of the GS if anybody interested? It was rough but complete.

Is there a hood ornament on it? That and the ventiports might be worth saving. Let me know if you get back there. Thanks!

I will be going back there in a month or so. I have bought some other cars there that can't be removed until spring.
I know he won't sell any parts, just whole cars. I will post more pics and get more info for those who are interested and even for those who are not!
