I bought this to throw in my '67 Skylark, I sold the Lark and bought another Pontiac so I don't need this motor anymore.

I bought it complete and assembled with the word that it was locked up. I took it apart and found that it's in really good shape with the exception of ONE stuck piston. The cam and crank are in great shape with no excessive wear. The block appears to be solid. The heads appear to be in good shape. I don't think it's been rebuilt but I'm not sure.

It's complete 4 barrel intake to pan, water pump to auto flywheel. I might be able to deliver for a fee. I'm in South Central Texas.

I'll take $300 for everything I have for it. I did lose one rod/piston somewhere but if I find if then it's yours. You'll probably want to buy new rods and pistons anyway.

still stock bore? what are the block, head and intake #'s? what car is the engine out of? do the heads look ok? 67 heads are known for developing cracks.

do you ever make it up to colorado?

I've never been to Colorado but the BCA nationals are there this year. I don't know if I can make it or not.

I'm not sure on the bore, I don't see any cracks. I'll get all the #s for you but it's out of a '67 Wildcat. The heads look good, dirty but good. I'll take a closer look

Do you still have it, and did you ever find the other rod? Also what's your location?

I live in San Marcos, but the motor is in my parents garage in Canyon Lake (south central, Texas). I don't know where the other rod and piston is but you wouldn't want to use that rod anyway.

I still have it, I broke both my digital cameras so I need to borrow one to get some better pics.

  17. i'm interested in heads, intake manifold and exhaust manifolds. are you willing to ship at my expense. i'd be willing to pay for the whole engine to get parts i want

I guess I could do that. It'll probably cost more to ship it than you'd actually pay for the parts. I don't have the exhaust manifolds

Let me see where I sit on Friday when I get back from my trip to WA state. I am in Houston and am interested if it is available. Thanks.
