    Came off a running 67 430/ Carb #7027248. This has the extra bracket for the switch pitch switch. Looks dirty but ran well.

    $50.00 plus shipping. I think I can fit it into a medium USPS flat rate box.

    I dont think that is a 67 carb. I thought 67 carbs have a round tag on them with the numbers on it? I could be wrong though!

    Well, your right that its supposed to have a round tag in the side. But the stamping decodes to a 67 430. And it did come off a 67 Riviera. Maybe a service replacement?

    It is a service replacement as they had alot of issues with the 67 carbs.

    Would be my guess also. Here's what I have for 67 numbers.
    1. 7027146 early production 67 GS
    2. 7027244 5/67 and later build GS's. also a warranty replacement carb.
    3. 7027240 67 Buick 430 engine
    4. 7027248 ???? maybe 430 replacement???
    Either way it's a 90 degree fuel inlet unit and they are not easy to find, about as correct as you will find for a 67 GS. Are you by chance getting divorced? If nobody needs it I'll throw you a lowball Jason Cook offer.:Brow:

    7027246 is a manual 400 67 replacement carb.

    Found this and now my carb number makes sense:
    Just to add a note to what Dave has said.........

    For the 1967 model the 7027244 is a 2nd type (design) carb.
    GMSPO #7035352
    Rochester ID #7027244 = 400-4 with TH400 less A.I.R.

    Other 2nd type carbs. for 1967:
    7027246 = 400-4 w/M.T.
    7027248 = 430-4 less A.I.R.

    Service bulletins for 67 only note a problem with the pump rod
    being located in the wrong hole on the pump lever. #67-T-3,
    Nov.4,1966. There is possibly another service bulletin for the 67 carb(s)
    released during a later year. But it sounds like a previous owner
    had his carb. replaced in the mid 70s.

    Anyone. Its a nice original 67 carb that runs perfectly. For 50 bucks, I'll thorw in a switch pitch switch and intake manifold bracket.

    Talk about a good deal!

    Im sorry guys, I havent been too attentive to this thread.

    I have a problem- Matt (TooManyProjects) has already Paypal'ed me the money for this. When he did, I neglected to tell him to express his interest on the thread. And I should of posted that it was sold a few days ago. I didnt exactly follow the board rules here. My fault and Im sorry.

    So its been sold. Doug and Rob, I apologize. Ive had alot going on here and this sale kinda fell though the cracks.

    No worries on my end Jason. I do't need the carb, but thought it was a good deal to have for spares.

    thanks for the reply.
