Nice project! Strong class 4 car. Too bad about the title, I was able to get a title for my 38 Special with a bill of sale and an old registration card. Does the owner have the missing A/C parts.
According to the trim tag this car was originally Aquamarine with a white vinyl top and Dove (almost white) bucket seat interior. A nice color combination. The engine has ‘73-up valve covers, EGR intake, and HEI. The 400 is probably long gone. If the body is straight and solid it’s still promising.
