Nice looking car. The new trunk and floor pan and completely covered with undercoating bother me. 25,000 original miles. Hmmm?
"Beautiful restoration where nothing was overlooked"...... Looks like a quite a few things were overlooked to me. It's a good looking car but some things just weren't done properly for the money being asked for it. But hey, I hope he gets all the money!
“Holy bent back bumper Batman!” This also shows why Buick used the black paint on the tail panel of all ‘67 A-body cars (except wagon) so you wouldn’t see the body color around the trunk and tail lights. Also appears that the tail light housings were painted black to avoid costly rechroming of the pitted parts.
I see quite a few parts that are wrong or missing, that shouldn’t be on a low mile car. Other stuff is just listed wrong-those are 14” wheels, not 15s. Also, a low mile ‘67 should have a decent steering wheel, and if not, a ‘68 wood wheel would look a lot less ‘wrong’ than what’s in it now. And when I see the banner on the windshield I think ‘why cat sex’? Patrick
If you look up catsexotics.com you will see it a POS car lot that caters to bozo's with more money than brains.
It is now listed on Bring A Trailer: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1967-buick-gran-sport-3/ The bent rear bumper and the missing black-out paint on the tail panel are big detractors for me.
Yes but you don’t have to worry about the panel falling off!! Not sure I like the clear vent window glass with the light tint door glass.
Yeah that bent bumper sticks out like a big pimple on a forehead. Probably close to 1500 bucks to get that professionally re-chromed by the time you figure shipping both ways and a good plating job.
So is the gauge panel............ That's just the tip of the iceberg of the things that aren't done right on this car........Too much to list!
