This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

    BUQUICK I'm your huckleberry.

Rick, We will take you up on that offer for a tour. I'll keep my hands in my pockets and leave my camera in the car so your secrets can stay safe. I could show you all of my '67 stuff in a matter of a few minutes, not much to see.

I had someone ask me how many were made like this red car on Bring A Trailer. Here are some stats:

2,140 GS400 convertibles were produced in 1967 (157 at Fremont, 1,198 at Flint, 424 at Baltimore, 361 at Kansas City)
1,628 with automatic transmission (422 had the 4-speed, 90 built with 3-speed manual)
266 GS400 convertibles with red bucket seat interior (28 of those from the Fremont plant)
919 full length console (with and without tachometer) (104 from Fremont)
1,126 Soft Ray tinted glass - windshield only (72 from Fremont)
209 Power seat (includes bench seats and buckets) (28 from Fremont)
412 Power windows (51 from Fremont)
718 Bright exterior moldings (top of doors and 1/4s) (57 from Fremont)
664 White convertible top (62 from Fremont)
59.8% of the GS400s had white line tires (40.2% got the code F8 red line tires at no extra cost)

I regret not buying this car in 2016... I had a friend at that auction , and he just plain missed it! He did however buy 2 other cars that we both regretted when they were dropped off....... I'm pretty sure it will do much better on BAT this time ....
I truly don't need another car and I've already been out bid... But you never know what will happen in the final minutes >>
Best wish's and safe holidays to all......
