Anyone know where I can get the sail panel or fender extension for the rear quarters? The rear window sill has some rot. I have a plan to rebuild it without the replacement part but a wrap around extension to cut pieces from would be real nice.
The rear deck panel is repo'd. It's the flat panel between rear window and trunk. Includes window channel. Chevelle is different, GTO panels fit Buick and Olds too. I don't know of any sail panel pieces being repo'd.
I think I still have a set of sail panels from a 66 GS. I removed the nice under panel to use for mine, and bought a new upper panel as Walt stated. The upper panel is still attached, but not the best. As I remember the sail panels are good. Will look later this week, when it get warm. I could cut the upper center panel and just ship the sail panels, should not cost to much to ship. Thanks Bill.
I do plan to purchase the reproduction deck panel. Shy of a good my fab plan would work OK I guess. PM sent!
