    well..here we go guys.
my mistake. . . was not doing enuf research when deciding to put myseff thru this O2Cool challenge. NOT enuf time was spent asking the right questions to the right people. Not enuf time was spent researching what my investment would be nor what ROI if any, there would be in the end.
My costs are nearly double what I had imagined at first conceptualization. As the project grew, the incurred costs also grew and it was just-too-dern-late to pull-the-plug on the idea. (however, it prolly wouldve been better to do that now that I know what I now know..its called HINDSIGHT.). ...and that HOPEFUL early-on perceived ROI is simply out the window. :spank:

    Ebay didnt work out.

...Altho this 68-69 N25 package idea has definitely generated PLENTY of excitement and plenty of interest on this forum, and I THANK YOU ALL for your interest.. . . however, I still have these.

It appears I have exhausted this post on this V8 forum. I will list these on Ebay again and hopefully reach out to a new market or generation of 68-69 StepChild Nation candidates...:pray::pray:

Dennis...you know...you did a great job on that project, but you had to know there would not be a big market for it when done. It's partly due to the cost, not that it's unreasonable, but it's a lot to cough for a part. It seems like something like the 67 breather nut or base would have been a better project with more buyers. you got to pick the right stuff, look at Duane...the wheel, insulation, brake pad...all sold and gone, he could do it again and sell more. The perfect car has to be out there for the bumper, though..........

I believe that bumper (Specialwagon65) is on one of his cars- a 69 GS 3 speed. The other one may be on a 69 GSX tribute in upstate New York.

Wheelz, was the one who took this project on 9 years ago he is in Florida and not on the board as much as he was back then. If he was to resurrect it the current pricing of cores and chrome work considered I would be surprised if the pricing came in less than 3x what he sold them for then. That said a private message to Wheelz may get you a response faster.

Tony- Wheelz had 2 of these- one went Ted, the other one went to Long Island (one of our well known Step child owners), who then sold it to a guy in upstate NY...
