    All --

Just wondering if anyone could tell me if the 1968 Buick GS400 4-Speed Convertible was produced at one specific Assembly Plant or produced at multiple Assembly Plants. I am on a quest to find my old car. Of the 13 digit VIN, it should start:

    4 | 46 | 67 | 8 | _ | _ _ _ _ _ _.

HELP! I am assuming if I can recover the VIN I should be able to search on the VIN to see when and where it was last registered, yes?

    Thoughts?

    JP.

It could have been produced at more than one plant. Did you buy it new? If so we may be able to narrow down what plant it came from.

no - registration information from state DMV's is not publically searchable
