    Rich,

That's the same car from earlier in the thread. If you look at the pics it also has what appears to be a Suncoupe roof and Suncoupe emblems on it as well.

That's another reason I didn't believe it to be real Carolina GS. CCould be me being a skeptic, but that's the only car I have seen pictures of that had Carolina emblems.

I also have a chrome "Carolina GS" emblem with (some pitting and less the mounting pins). Pretty cool...

    Ken,

One of the major musclecar mags years ago (I'm talking probably 15 or so) did an article on the Carolina GS. I definitely know they existed. But again, all it is is a CA GS with a new badge. The only thing is, I don't remember the scripts looking like that. The scripts George has look odd. No offense George. :)

None taken. . I do know FOR SURE the Carolina GS existed. Just like the Colorado's, it's just a badge change. Also, IIRC, many of them were painted Twilight Blue. However, no documentation to prove the car being a 'real' Carolina GS. Just a POS white pot metal emblem...

    I didn't know you could use Stage 1 455 valves in a 350. :puzzled:

Rare and valuable are not the same thing..as we all know or our stage 1 cars would bring more than an LS6.

I watch Classic Car every week waiting for the day a Buick shows up, thanks for mentioning the video.
