We are starting a restoration on a 1969 Buick GS400 Stage 1 and we are sure there will be a time that we need some help from the V8Buick community. Our plans is to post on V8Buick as we go and we will be happy to answer and share items during the process. If you have not already seen the Stage 1 on YouTube during the 2018 Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals (MCACN) here is the website. . You can also follow our process on Instagram at Carolina.Customs.and.Classics and on Facebook at Carolina Customs and Classics. Be sure to like or subscribe to the page, we would be greatly appropriated.

My first questions will be, how can pictures be unloaded onto a thread? I have tried to upload and I get a message that it has failed and click and drag with no luck. Once I figure this out, we will upload some photos or our progress.

Next week the body and panels will be delivered to the painter. Next step the frame!

Roger, I don't know if this is the problem or not, but I think you have to have had a minimum number of posts before it will let you post pictures. I'm sure somebody else will chime in shortly.

Try reducing the size of the image before attempting to upload. It is pretty easy to post pics directly from an I phone.

Ok, this weekend we loaded the body onto the trailer and delivered it to the body/painter. Dash and Gauges should be sent out this week as well to refurbish. Next step, the frame, engine, and the transmission!

Thanks Buickone, alain, and Jeff Corey for you commecnts. Yes, I can not wait to have it completed. It has been an interesting journey so far and I am sure it will continue. The Buick community has been a great source of knowledge. I will tell Paul you said Hi

Also, just a quick update: the body is coming along well and he is starting the 1st stage of block sanding and the frame was stripped and taken to have cleaned. The engine and transmission is next.
