There were a FEW people discussing this car off of the board. I think they were 'daring' one another to call.  . I am surprised our resident 'Buick finder' didn't post this one... Must be slippin' in his old age ...:bla: :moonu:
I think he means me! o No: Keep it up Georgie Porgie, and that will be the last time I email or call you about a lead a full TWO DAYS BEFORE it is posted on the board. :spank: This is what you will be doing for a lead on a car. ray: And you will get this :moonu:  :gp:
....interesting did anyone call and find out what he means by the Kenne-bell reference ? Georgie is dressing up as a cars-4-sale slut for holloween
OK ... I couldn't help myself because somewhere sits the '69 Stage1/2 Pop Kennedy car from the SpeedWeek article Tim is a very nice guy but doesn't know too much about the car. I am going to try and help him determine what it is ... If he gets back to me. Numbers matching is unknown, BB or BA trans will be checked.... There is no paperwork of any kind verifying its pedigree as Stage_1 and rear seats were out and nothing (remembered) was found paperwork-wise. There are no emblems on the hood, 400 or stage1 uzzled: The rear quarters wear '68 side markers Car has been repainted, not originally white as seen by overspray in areas not recovered during repaint. ... and he priced it at 17K "because Blue Book listed 17-70K as the value range" and if it sold for 17K he would be making "a little"
Thanks Alan. :bglasses: Was going to add a smart ass reply but too busy making space at the homestead for another delivery (BOTH kinds of delivery  :bglasses: )
Thats the same 69 GS in the "Storming Skylark" article from the Nov 69 issue of Super Street Cars. I recently spoke with the journalist who road tested that car for the article.
