1969 Buick Riviera NOS....? Rear bumper delivered to BG

Selling what I believe to be an NOS rear bumper for I believe a 1969 Buick Rivera.
Looking around the entire perimeter I do not see any dings or dents. Scratches in the chrome are highlighted as best as possible. The chrome is nice but not perfect. The factory part number sticker along with no visible bolt attachment marks lead me to think it has never been mounted. $250. Delivered to BG must be paid for in advance. The 2nd picture lower right, 3rd picture lower left show the same scratch it’s the primary one on the bumper 2-1/2” in length. Could have been a grinder mark too.

Grayhound or the right post office who skips the length surcharge. .

 

I can get some good rates from FedEx. Can wrap in a blanket and shrink wrap.

 

Ugh you're in Canada - that's more challenging cost wise.
