1970 Buick Rim Blow Steering Wheel

    I have a pretty decent steering wheel. I don't see any cracks in the wheel itself. The plastic covering for the rim blow has cracks and broken out areas - should not affect function. There are a couple of dents below the wood grain area. I have had this for a few years and never installed it - not sure if the rim blow works, although the rubber for it looks good. I want $35 + shipping for it.
