1971 Deluxe Steering Wheel Black

Looking for a complete good quality deluxe steering wheel for a 1971 Buick Skylark Custom.

 

Gotta be some out there. Unfortunately a lot were thrown away.

Ya I know, sucks cuz I actually like it more than the sport wheel now. Although originally I was gonna swap mine out for a sport one so I guess I would be one of those folks haha.

 

I'm doing the same on my '70 GS 350 4-sp. Very low option car but came w/a Deluxe steering wheel (was optional on GS 350 that year & std. on GS 455) & that's what I'm planning on using.

 

So Gary, are you just torturing him with that photo? LOL.

 

Ha Ha I would never would I do that. but now everyone knows for sure what the '71-'72 (and maybe '73?) extra-cost Deluxe wheel looks like.

 

My mother had a ‘73 Estate Wagon that had that exact wheel. I always thought it looked too small for such a large car.
