Morning John, I do NOT know the owner, I know a guy that lives in East Hartford that is/was a HUGE Buick guy (owned about 30 or so, had tons of parts, knows of most of the Buicks in CT, RI, Mass, and New Hampshire). I thought it may have been his car... I texted him, and he replied with what I quoted above.
