My 68 Camaro RS is leaving for NC tomm. or Thursday, weather permitting. The new /proud owner lives in Lexington NC near Winston - Salem or Charlotte. The trailer will be coming back empty (sigh). Does anyone have or know of a 1972 2-door Gran Torino car for sale in the area? Motor and tranny are not important but sheetmatal, frame and interior are. According to my neighbor who this car is for, it has to be a 2-door only . No wagons or four-doors.A roller will be just fine if it is solid. Any located in local junkyards? Sorry for the short notice but it would be great to bring back a nice Torino for him. I know it is a Ford but that is his choice. Plus he helps me out all of the time on my 5 GS's. Merry Christmas.
