ON my way home i spotted a GS. SO i stopped and took a look at it. It was a 1972 skylark custom 350-4 auto CA plant. Car is a Cali car. There is not if very little rust on the car. The hood (GS) was primed and needs blocked as well as the trunk lid and rear spoiler. The car comes with 2 455's a 1973 and a 1976, an edlebrock intake a 800cfm carb, 2 trannys th350 & th400. A posi rear that needs to be installed. The quarters are good and fenders had no bubbles or anything. Looks like it had a vynl top but according to the paint code id didnt. 5 rally rims, sport steering wheel there is other stuff i think but thats all i can remember. no motor or trany where in it but the window sheet said that he had all this stuff. When i saw the car there were no seats for it and no bumpers but it had the grill. dont have pics but could get them on monday for you if interested. Car is in the Burlington, IA area
I'll have to get them on monday night on my way home and i'll get them posted later on that night along with the guys phone number and anything else i forgot.
bad news for you guys as of right now. The car wasnt there today but the signs were still up. so i didnt get any picks but this guy puts the car back into the garage when he isnt there so the only time his car is out for sale is when he is there. I will get pics as soon as possible hopefully he or someone is home tomorrow tried today and no one was around. so i will get them asap for you guys. hopefully it isnt sold yet.
