Some resources in the vendor section on here as well as most of us are straight up hoarders. You've come to the right place.
LectricLimited has the turn signal switch:

    Also Rock Auto:
    https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...trical-switch+&+relay,turn+signal+switch,4832

In general the pickings are getting slim for the other items.

Buick Farm has some NOS stuff, pricey as you'd expect

Bone yards, here's one that has two 78 Rivs:

Riviera Owners Association has a sub-forum over on AACA, you may want to put out a WTB ad over there as well.
    https://forums.aaca.org/forum/73-buick-riviera/
Other potential resources: Hemmings, Evilbay, OPGI & Craplist. Also, others may weigh in with their favorite hunting grounds.

    Welcome and good luck.

Welcome, maybe you should add to your post that you're in Poland [IMG]
Some people don't want to ship used parts overseas

If it will be necessary I am able to arrange shipment by Polish shipping company.

That will likely require a freight forwarder in the U.S. which is fine, makes it easier for sellers depending on who you're buying the parts from. Many of them are already doing this. For those who don't, you just get your shipper set up with a U.S. forwarder ahead of time then the seller just has to mail/ship your items to you in care of the forwarder's U.S. address. The forwarder then relabels the items for shipment via your shipper. Not going to be cheap or fast but it will get the job done.
