buick-riviera-1979-10.jpg That color combo is one of the rarer and the most beautiful of the Riv combo's. A friend of mine owned this example with 21K, never driven out of the garage in the winter and never rained on, I look back and kick myself for not buying it when it was sold. It was a checklist car down to leather and moonroof

Instead of "in it a rear wheel drive", I think he meant "enit a rear wheel drive?", which if you're a Native American, makes sense......His phone probably didn't understand his accent or slang term: https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=enit :D

I'm Native, and my 'cuzzins' use enit for everything hahaha..."Let's get some milk." "Aw, Enit!"

I was just joking there in my reply, just so you know :). I mean, everything I said is true haha, but I don't think that's what the guy said. I agree with you and think he probably does think it's rear drive and who knows what it has under the hood.

Seems like the 350 was the most popular in 79

Did they offer the 4.1 in Rivieras? I have only seen it in Cadillacs.
