  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

    I ran the last bit of the ad thru Google Translate:

    new paint ($ 2000)
    new vinyl woodgrain ($ 1100)
    as well as several new parts
    car from USA to quebec since 2017, so no rust.
    The tank comes with metal wheels, not the mags that are in the photos
    TACKLE QUEBEC
    runs wonderfully!
    $ 4,950 from BOISBRIAD

    I love the way Google translate can maul a language! Have seen some hilarious translations here over the years. Some expressions in Quebecois French simply don't translate well.

    I assume you are talking about the TACKLE QUEBEC line? Do you know what that is supposed to mean?

    It's the translation program's best Guess for "Plaquer" which actually means "plated" in Quebec as in no out of Province inspection required. "Char" is also the Quebecois version of car as opposed to "Voiture". For example, I've often seen "no rust in the suitcase" Means rust free trunk!
