This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

So I have got the pan off so I can pull the valve body for the constant pressure valve body to go in. Everything looks super clean inside, no chunks, just a film of the usual black crap on the magnet. My question is about the electrical harness that is on the side of the trans. when you look into the connector it has two terminals, but when you look at the same connector on the inside of the case, it just has a red wire. Am I missing something?

depends what year and code trans you have. CK book says 87 HDF, HFF, HTF codes had 1 wire. it would be for the lockup solenoid.

    pics?

I think it is because there is a ground source fed to the trans case as well as the power wire.

If you need more info on how to wire the lockup TCC PM me.

Red is power and the other terminal is grounded to the case. The TCC switch engages/disengages based on if it gets power or not so all it needs internally is a power and ground.
