5 pm 3rd round BCO eliminations (come back to lanes immediately after you win as we will be sending cars down the track as they are ready)

6 pm Final round Finish Line Furious Four eliminations

end of the program as soon as all races are completed!

    Saturday:

    8 am Gates open

    9-12 Car show

9-12 Open Test and Tune (will continue throughout the day between rounds)

noon Drivers meeting at the base of the tower

12:30 THS, TSO, TSM 1st round qualifying

    12:30 Q16 1st round qualifying

1:30 Second/Final round qualifying THS, TSO, TSM, Q16

2pm All classes will start eliminations in the following order: Q16, THS, TSO, TSM, Bracket 2 (13.50 and slower) Bracket 1 (13.49 and faster)

Second round will be at 3 and cars will be given significant cool down time with test and tune ran inbetween rounds.

All times are subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

This is what I got so far...I think we are going to need some fillers for Saturday and maybe a couple for Friday...like a big wheel race that I talked about before and so other kind of things to keep the people entertained inbetween classes and such.

    teching
first they told us to go to the tech shed
the tech shed said we had to go to the tent and get a tech card
the tent said you don't need a card for the charity race
just go and get teched ..............
tech shed refused to tech without a tech card
after driving all over the park twice I parked and went to get my money back
then they said we will tech the cars at the starting line...........
too late as I was done...............

    Mister T Just truckin' around

That's most unfortunate. My philosophy is "better to have it, and not need it, than to need it and not have it". Thus when I got my Explorer teched for the charity race, I made sure to get a tech card beforehand. :Smarty:

I will also try to carry some extra tech cards with me this year. Every year the charity race has been messed up with tech for some reason. I will also talk to the guys at National Trails to see if we can have a tech in the staging lanes for this class only.
