Congratulations to Steve Schlater and Dave Smith. They were running bottom 10's with the wheels up EVERY SINGLE pass. Which is nothing new for them guys and is always a pleasure to watch run.

It embodies what a "GSR" car should look and perform like in every way. This is an older pic the wheels are up several inches more now. O ce the pics start rolling in I will update it,..enjoy

I was supposed to race Al first round when my junk went all down the tubes. He went out of his way to swing by my pit spot and hang out, then we spoke repeatedly throughout. What a good dude and fun to hang out with. Thanks to all the GSR guys for making this outcast feel welcomed.

As am I,...we ran a 21 car field and lost several guys to the rain Friday. So I see no reason why we couldn't swing a 32 car field next year

I gave everything I had against you Bubba! I only had high gear because my powerglide low gear failed. Look forward to all the fun again next year!

Thank you to all of the sponsors and especially Ethan and another organizer who I can’t remember his name right now, but did a great job! You all helped me a bunch and I feel great I didn’t go out in the first round!

We got the car off the trailer on Wednesday and went out to make some passes. First time in the box heating the tires, soon as it made traction it felt like it slipped into neutral. That was the beginning of the end for us… However, we were consistent even though we only had high gear the entire competition. Again, thanks to all! Great, great guys
