I have read up on some of the posts regarding hooking up mostly TV cables(regarding 2004r swaps)..Mostly these are people who already have a 4bbl set up in place.. It seems getting a spacer for the carb might be a little easier than it would be for the 2bbl crowd.. Currently I have the 2bbl/th350 setup in the Skylark using the gas pedal style cable.. So whether I was doing a 2004r swap into the Skylark or adapting a the th350/350 or 2004r/350 into my Regal(or any other car I guess without the gas pedal setup) you run into the same problem.. Not that its much different than the 4bbl dilema , but I am guessing the carb spacer is the big deal when it comes to the 2bbl... So I guess I could have someone make one .(cost effective? probably not) I could swap to the 4bbl setup and hopefully be somewhat bolt on..This is assuming these spacers are available as I think they are for the 4bbl Rochester... Personaly at this point my thoughts are just for a budget swap into a Regal with my current 2bbl 350/th350 setup... Not that my idea isnt subject to change, but this is what I have to use for now.. Just chatting out loud here on a rainy Mon morn.. Any ideas? Thanks
