i am planning to swap in a 200r4 into my 67 special (300-2 2speed colum shift) first what car would be the best donor car? can i still use the colum shifter? what about crossmembers, throttle linkage?
The best donor car is an '86-87 GN or Turbo Regal, Monte Carlo SS, or 442. They have better valve bodies and governors for a more performance usage. The crossmember can be moved back to the TH-400 location on the frame rails.
