350 in a Toyota pickup

    Hi Jim
    I'm in Nottingham England and only using the truck on the highway and the petrol is about £9.00 a gallon here so you can see why getter better MPG is important.

    Well the last job on the 350 motor was to fit a pro vent catch tank. Instead of having to drain the tank regularly, I formed a pipe with a banjo fitting on one end and connected it to the oil pan drain hole using a longer banjo bolt and connected the other end to the drain port on the catch tank ,hopfully this will make it low maintenance. So that's it for the Buick stuff. Hope you enjoyed seeing the resolutions to some of the problems I had to overcome with getting the 350 into the pickup but I love the Buick motor and feel very lucky to have one over here in England. I will post a few pictures of the truck now it's finished and of the Tub I made for the back.
