Wiseco has forged pistons for the 350. They are both in standard, and race weight. I have the prototype set in my 350.

Street Strip Porting - This is your best bang for the buck. Includes bowl work, gasket match, reshaping of guides, un-shrouding valves and clean-up combustion chambers. These heads can flow in the 260 cfm range. $600.

    ""

    Thats from the PAE site.

I'm not sure what the flow rate for buick heads are, but how much hp will that make over stock? anyone know ?

  14. sean Buick 76

    sean Buick 76 Buick Nut

Stock intake flows under 200 so 260 could easily support 420hp with the right cam and comp ratio. Above 400 hp you need lots of porting and a large cam as well as lots of compresion. Or you just run low comp, mild cam and some boost!

There are stock flow #'s in this thread:

  20. UNDERDOG350

    UNDERDOG350 350 Buick purestock racer

I have over 10 years experience with the 350 Buick and can duplicate my Pure Stock combo for a reasonable cost if anyone is looking for a drop in crate engine. 13.92 in a 4000lb with driver car isnt too bad if I do say so myself.
