We are curious about Nitrous, and adding it to our red car. What else would be needed besides this kit?
You would just need a basic nitrous kit, what i have is an accessories kit and comes with all the stuff that 95% of nitrous kits out there dont and are just bough separately or in a kit to get everything at once. THIS IS FOR EVERYONE........if your running a carb kit (which most people on this forum are) you would need to buy a 5psi fuel cutoff switch if your wanting to use that feature instead of the higher psi this one contains. (only $32 from jegs or summit) but your still saving $150 from buying the kit anywhere else.
Thats like if i was selling a blow off valve for a turbo setup and you said that no one is biting cuase you need to spend another 2000-3000 on a turbo setup. But if your going to buy a nitrous kit or already have one, your going to need these items for safety and consistency. And instead of spending another 450 for this kit, im selling them 150 cheeper.
what i was trying to say is that it's only useable to people who already have N20 and are lacking those things or are planning to buy a kit. the parts you are selling by themselves are worthless to most unless they have already spent the 4-500 dollars on a kit or are planning on it. not many guys running Nitrous on Buick engines these days
If anyone wants to buy one of these kits but doesn't need the 35 PSI cutoff switch, I'd be willing to consider purchasing that switch. -BC
