  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things.   3. The "Group Buy" for the 1967-68 Deluxe Steering wheel recasting is now officially "Open". Now is the time to start sending in the wheels. The latest date that the wheels must be received by Kochs is 31 March 2025 The cost for each wheel is $750. The only "up front cost" is your shipping the wheel. If you send in more than one wheel, each additional wheel will cost $700. Shipping and insurance to Kochs and return shipping will be extra. 455 buick in an 86 regal..... headers?

    Im almost at the point of building my exhaust, what everyone using for headers?

    I ran a 455 in a 84 monte carlo. Same frame as far as i would think as a regal.
    Used poston frame pads for a 67 chassis.
    Ran mt super scavenger headers.
    This was many years ago but i dont remember havin to do any major massaging to make them work.

    TA Performance sells a set that will fit the Regals, other than them I'm not sure.

    Ta's work pretty well but you will have to "massage" a few of the tubes and may have to grind on the upper control arms a little bit. Make sure you have an extra set of hands because you have to put the headers in the engine compartment first and then drop the engine in between them.

    I used headers for a 455 into a 67. I had to dimple ever so slightly the passenger side, and relocate the brake lines on that side as the header was making the line very hot. I had an 83, I believed I used 67 engine mounts as well.
