OK, maybe this is the wrong section but I'm looking for pics of 1950 Buick rods. I'm thinking about desecrating a 1950 4 door jetback, in a small way, and am wondering if there's anyone else out there that has modified their '50 4 door jetback. Love to see some pics.

    Sorry to offend the purists!

Haven't seen any modified jetbacks. I'm looking for one to buy at the moment but can't find one. Do you know of any lying around? Is yours for sale? What mods are you thinking about? Ed

Gary, Send me your e-mail address and I'll send you some pics of my car. It's not a jetback, but it's got some nice mods done to it.
'50 Super 4 dr sedan on a '65 Wildcat chassis (401 nailhead, TH400, Posi, the suspension is lowered, doors are shaved, nosed, decked, Frenched headlights and tail lights, white paint with pearl finish coat). I can't get any of my pics small enough to be able to post on this site. '50chris

There's a 50 Sedanet lurking around town here that is very modified. I believe he has used a Pontiac chassis with the Pontiac powerplant, too. One of those flat black paint jobs with a nice flame job.

    Can't beat a '50 grille!!
