'61 LeSabre farm field find - parts for sale soon

My in-laws recently flipped some farm property. Waaaaayy back in the trees there is a '61 LeSabre flat top that was last registered in about 1980. They said I could have it. It's about impossible to remove in one piece. I'm going to start stripping chrome trim first, and anything else that hasn't sunk into the ground. I'm fairly certain the floors are toast. All that's left of the back bumper is literally the chrome. I'd like to see if the engine turns - if so, I may eventually try to see if it runs. Would this be a 364 or a 401? Funny thing...it has dog dish hubcaps. I would expect that on a Special, but not on a full-sized Buick.

Which pieces would be in the highest demand? I already grabbed the taillights. 1 was pitted with a broken lens, the other lens looks good and it's not pitted much. It does have the wrap-around rear window, IIRC. I'm interested in what you guys think.

    Thanks!

    Rick

'61 LeS originally was the 364.

I wasn't aware there was still a 'flattop' in '61- via the sales brochure it was only in the LeSabre line, as both a sedan and as a hardtop. Interesting.

    Rick,

Would you consider removing the driveshaft??? I'm looking for one for a '61 LeSabre that's approx. 76" long . & IF you will how much would you think you'd want for it??? My zip is 06853. Can be removed with a 1/2" box wrench.

I'd be interested in the front armrests assemblies if they are the right ones.
