welcome Welcome, I have a 64 Skylark conv. Mechanics are finished, now the interior and exterior. This place is a wealth of info. I am even able to help occasionally. Good luck. Karl
Thanks for the welcome I am starting my first motor project this weekend. It should be simple, we will see. I ahve a 65 bucik special conv with a 300 2bbl. Oil presure starts out fine but drops after about 15 minutes and I get the click clack sound. I am replacing the oil pump, looking under the vaule covers and droping the oil pan to check out and clean the oil screen. I will be asking a lot of question after this. For I am not mech but want to try to do most of the work myself. Thak again to all - Will try to post a pic after this weekend
