Local wrecker guy just pulled a white 65 skylark into his junkyard. Solid floorpans, little rust, but passenger door and quarter behind the door are dented, along with the hood lip. Looks like a 300 motor. Cracked windshield, cracked dash, decent gauges, drum brakes all around. No seats / carpet. Maybe good for donor parts? I'm pretty sure the guy would take $300 or best offer. Will go to the crusher if nobody wants it. PM me if interested and I'll give you his contact information.
PM sent. I need two rear lower section quaters for a vert. From the middle of the rear wheels back. Thanks.
I'm interested. I will PM you. Joe, if I can get it, I'll get you what you need. Not trying to cut in front of you. But I am close to the car and have the time and space to part it out if it has anything good.
Where's the vin on this model? I've got some pictures, please forgive the quality. Digital camera cord is broken, so I used my cell phone. I do have a few more pictures, but these show the most of it. Car is solid, just dented up. Floorpans are good.
The vin number should be on the driver's side door opening. Like Walt said "That's a 1966" Walt did you ever get the chip in your door fixed? Let me know if you need anything from me I have a 10 x 10 shed on order and hopefully that will give me room to get my 66 done. That might be a restorable car ray: Don't find them in Jersey outside in that shape.
Didnt see it there. Possible somebody removed the plate? Shows how much I know about buicks. ou: Sadly there's no title for the car, was lost years ago and they cant remember who's name it is in. Go figure. Could be a pretty car. BTW, it's a power steering, power brakes, A/C car.
You should be able to see the holes/rivits for the tag if it was removed. If you open the driver's side door it should be on the body of the car looking towards the front of the car. If they are the original owners or had a title for the car they might be able to file for a lost title. You can do that in New Jersey. Titles are available through title companys in some states. I love all those items you mentioned - AC, Power Steering and Brakes. Thanks for posting the car jerseysky66
