I wish someone out there would repro the correct molded plastic seat trim that surrounds the backs and aprons on '66-'72 a body cars. You would think that would be a no-brainer thing to reproduce, given the amount of cars that are out there that would be using this product. I have come up empty in my search to find the correct trim to put on my seats. I bought two different types of the chrome mylar trim. That stuff is good for cheap door edge guards or any availible body edge (for those with a lack of taste) but it really doesn't make it otherwise for seat trim IMHO. It has a different shape and is WAY too shiney. I don't know if i'm off-base here or not? Is there anyone repo'ing this trim? If there is, PLEASE let me know.

    Thanks, Nick

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

No repro available.....probably due to injection molding costs....it is very very expensive.

There is a bigger caliber with a deeper mouth made by an Olds guy which is better than the regular small stuff. Also the newer seat backs from OPG come with the better stuffer now.

The bigger and better stuff is on e-Bay all the time.

I bought some of the bigger, better stuff off of ebay. It is better than the stuff I got from the parts place, but I still don't like the looks of it compared to the original trim. I think these repo companies are really missing the boat on this. There are way too many A bodies out there for this item not to be reproduced. Maybe i'll look into it myself.
