66 buick 331? Henry Jackson built

Is there any interest in this motor? I am interested in the car, but not for the asking price. The owner claims there is almost 4k into the motor. If I can sell the drive train i would like the car for an efi swap. Let me know.

wow he performed all that detailed work and he cant put a $15 A/C belt on??? I'll bet there's more to THAT issue than he's suggesting huh! and WHY? wouldnt you remove dirty rags from the interior floor when taking pix?? i took it for a ride, definately clean under the hood. it is owned by a divorced lady, not much money to finish the car. it needs seat covers, etc.

 

Great looking car, and a good price if the body & paint are done properly.
That (Buick?) 331 would be cool with some aluminum TA Rover heads on it....maybe you could even adapt a Rover EFI setup to it!:bglasses:

I looked at that car last spring with 5 cash in hand, same old pics from CL. She really wasn't willing to negotiate, which means IMO that she really doesn't want to sell it.

A 331 was a first generation Mopar Hemi engine.
