Found a 66 riv in local yard (imagine that). the story--> The owner just bought a house and the car was in the garage. They were trying to get the motor to start, when I arrived. Looks like everything is there. Interior was there but dirty. Air cleaner was in the back seat. (465 wildcat) All mouldings except the front windshield(i bought them :laugh: ) Has a hit on the driver side rear. Its kinda flattend like someone tried to force him off the road or something??? but the rest ot the car is straight but rusty. The owner is an jerk playing coy, (dosen't remember me but i've dealt w/ him before) so after he asked me all the info. I should've been asking him, and he's learned a little more, he'll put a high price tag on the car like usual. Says he dosen't know if he'll part it yet, but sold me the mouldings?? There is a 70 electra, and a boattail in the yard across from this one also.
I ran into a simular situation. It wouldnt happen to be this one would it. I'm not up on Rivs, so I'm not sure the year on this one. Pretty cool car tho.
These cars were located in the local junkyards. The boattail is covered in weeds, same for the Electra near Philadelphia, but the riv is accessible.
Ok..I didnt know what "Local" was to you exept Pennsyvania. Didnt know what town/city. These 2 I found are in Northwestern Pa near Erie.
