  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things.   3. The "Group Buy" for the 1967-68 Deluxe Steering wheel recasting is now officially "Open". Now is the time to start sending in the wheels. The latest date that the wheels must be received by Kochs is 31 March 2025 The cost for each wheel is $750. The only "up front cost" is your shipping the wheel. If you send in more than one wheel, each additional wheel will cost $700. Shipping and insurance to Kochs and return shipping will be extra. You will be contacted by Teresa to make payment for the wheel(s) and return shipping and insurance when your wheel(s) is complete. 67 A-Body lower steering column plastic cover question

    Hi guys,im trying to install that plastic lower steering column cover and i cannot put it on,it seems it hits the steering column`s lower plate and screw?can someone shed some light please?

    My column is out of the car, all repainted and still has the original plastic sleeve on it. It looks to be hinged on one side (the 2 halves are connected) and then the other side overlaps and seems to be glued together. Hope that helps. Could post some pix too.

    Well........the bolts to tighten that round flange should be on the cabin side not in the engine bay side. Not sure what the problem is.

    Yes and the bolts are on the cabin side but it seems the plastic cover is getting interfered with that metal flange with the bolts,i dont get it either.

    now I see, the plastic piece does not have the same size bump at the bottom to receive the flange nut and bolt... Right???
