I brought this one home yesterday. The drivetrain is complete and appears original. No parts for sale yet.

I just can't believe that someone would park a 67 GS convertible in the woods, some peoples kids:rant: Nice save, at least the crusher won't get this one.

Found in PA and hour and a half from my home. I answered an ad that his buddy posted for a 67 GS340.
I bought the 340 car (parts car) and he said " my buddy has a 67 conv parked in the woods that he would probably sell. That was sunday, car was at my place last evening. (monday)
Car has been sitting since late seventies but the drive train is complete and probably original to the car.
It has power windows, power drivers seat and is a four speed car with factory tach in the console and posi rear.
Have an idea what I'm doing with it but not certain.

    Congrats - nice find!

Reminds me of a '67 GS 400 convertible I saw down here in MD a couple of years ago - I was looking for a cheap old convertible, the guy had it in his back yard, top was ripped, mold, mildew, original engine was gone in favor of a Chevy 350 (also not running) but man...the lines on that car.

Also, what part of PA? I'm originally from Pgh and went to school in Philly, so I'm at least partially familiar with both parts of the state.

If you decide to part I would be interested in the whole 4 speed setup.

Wow, great score on a NICELY loaded 67 GS!!
She deserves to be restored, but if you do decide to part it out I would also be intersted in the entire 4 SPD conversion package, as well as the entire power windows setup.

If everyone else is jumping on the "just in case you part it" bandwagon I may as well jump on too. I would be interested in a nice set of rear wheel well moldings.:beers2: Thanks, Ryan

I would save it as it is 1 of 422 convertible 4 speed GS 400. Find a donor body if needed.
