Looking at the cowl tag, I believe it was originally teal mist with white interior like it is currently. It was a North Carolina titled car when I purchased it 9 years ago. That could be a great deal for a convertible if the body is pretty solid! 69 hood and grill are definitely an upgrade.
I like it but wonder if it was wrecked; the whole front clip is ‘69 (fenders, headlight bezels…) Patrick
